Could the contractor of the Hollandse Kust (zuid) Metocean Campaign include the 10-minute LiDAR signal “number of packets” to the following processed data packages:

    https://offshorewind.rvo.nl/file/view/55039497/Processed+Data+HKZA

    https://offshorewind.rvo.nl/file/view/55039498/Processed+Data+HKZB

At the moment this availability signal is not present in the two text files “HKZ_20180927_Fugro_Metocean Buoys HKZB WindResourceSpeedDirectionTIStat_F.csv” and “HKZ_20180927_Fugro_Metocean Buoys HKZA WindResourceSpeedDirectionTIStat_F.csv”.

It is not possible in the course of the Hollandse Kust (zuid) III and IV tender preparation to provide these ‘number of packets’ since the number of samples in average statistic was not made part of the processed data. However, and for your information, the values all had a minimum of 18 samples (packets) in each 10 minute average (wind speed or direction), otherwise the 10 min average would be NaN.
